Job Description

The Senior Manager/ Manager Sales will be responsible to drive increased revenue generation by leading the sales team in the region. Additionally, the role entails implementing business strategies, cultivating relationships, and managing the team effectively to consistently achieve revenue targets and support business growth. Client & Business Development Build and sustain strong client relationships across multiple assigned sectors. Analyze business operations and assess the reliability of local contacts to support expansion. Identify and drive Value-Added Services (VAS) implementation through coordination. Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with partners. Expand local networks to identify and promote VAS service opportunities. Stay informed about the local market’s political, economic, and regulatory landscape to identify business opportunities. Operational & Financial Oversight Assist in recruiting and managing VAS officers to support business growth. Manage budgets for assigned projects and monitor performance against targets.
