Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager Location: Hybrid – Ahmedabad, Gujarat Type: Full-time Regional Leadership Role Role Summary We’re hiring a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales across Ayurveda, Allopathic, and Veterinary product portfolios. You'll drive growth, lead a regional team, and shape sales strategy using tools like SAP CRM. Key Responsibilities Develop & execute zonal sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Lead and mentor sales teams to enhance performance and customer focus. Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities. Oversee ethical sales promotions in line with regulations. Conduct training on products and sales skills across portfolios. Monitor KPIs and leverage SAP CRM for data-driven decisions. Align field operations with senior management goals. Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Requirements Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Pharma, or related field. 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years in a zonal/regional leadership role. Proven track record in meeting sales goals and leading teams. Strong grasp of territory management and compliance. Proficiency in SAP CRM and other CRM platforms. Deep product knowledge in Ayurveda, Allopathic, and Veterinary lines. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Why Join Us?
