Role & responsibilities Job Title: Key Account Manager Crystal Cookware Location: South India Experience: Minimum 3 years in handling key accounts (Cookware industry preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and manage our key customer accounts in South India, specifically within the cookware sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and strategic growth, with in-depth knowledge of the cookware industry, particularly in handling large, high-profile accounts. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in South India. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the cookware market. Drive sales and revenue growth by managing customer expectations and offering tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with key clients. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Track and analyze sales data to meet and exceed targets and KPIs. Conduct regular visits to key clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling key accounts, ideally in the cookware or related consumer goods industry. Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with the South Indian market and customer base. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the cookware or home appliance industry. Knowledge of South Indian market dynamics and customer preferences.
