Designation: Assistant Zonal Manager Reporting to: Director Department: Retail Software and Media Sales Job Description 1. Supervise, guide and motivate Area Sales Managers to achieve retail software sales targets. 2. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase Retail Software sales. 3. Evaluate Retail Software sales and individual performances and prepare a report on regional sales. 4. Prepare and review the quarterly target Vs performance based on the area potential. 5. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. 6. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers 7. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition. 8. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. 9. Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency. 10. Good understanding of CRM software and CRM sales analytics. 11. Should have sales team handling experience KRA 1. Create regional retail Software sales plans. 2. Access the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program. 3. Monitor area sales, channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets. 4. Develop and implement new sales initiative, strategies to capture key demographics Required Skills Effective Communication, Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills, Strong decision making abilities.
