Edit as necessary and return reports in either printed or electronic form to the dictator for review and signature, or correction. Make discharge summary of normal discharged, DAMA & death patients. Essential duties and responsibilitiesCo-ordinate with medical officer for discharge summary of patient and prepare the computerized discharge summary from the hand written summary prepared by medical officer.Prepare Final Summaries for the patient with accuracy, add ICD Coding and in-time and print the two copies of the same.Prepare the certificates i.e MLC Certificate, Rest Certificate, Fitness Certificate, Implant Certificate and fit to fly certificate etc. as suggested by the consultants.Prepare all procedure reports i.e Cath Lab Procedures and Operative Notes (Minor and Major Operation).Import the discharge summary in Hinai with medications.Prepare daily report and submit the same to reporting manager / immediate supervisor.Work as assigned by reporting manager / immediate supervisor for MT related job in any department.Good Communication with all employee, Resident Doctors and Hon.
