The site of Kanda based in Japan belongs to POWER Division . The site has 678 employees. We are looking for a VIE Human Resource Business Partner for 24 months. Your challenges? Learning support: You will coordinate the collection and consolidation of training needs. Support employees and managers in the use of MyLearning Consolidate training information for audits (IATF, V5000...) Receive training evaluations and participate in the action plan. Production training: You will participate in the planning of production training actions, in accordance with the PDP. You will coordinate the organization of training activities, registrations and invitations for employees. Talent development support: You will coordinate the deployment of talent development campaigns within the site (annual appraisals, etc.) for operators. Employee relations support: You will support employee relations activities You will ensure the posting and updating of mandatory and legal information within the site. Work attendance/Payroll information: You will collect, record, validate and track absences. You will inform and assist employees and managers regarding rules, procedures, attendance or payroll management. Communicate time and attendance information to managers Assign badges. Administrative support: Accompany employee arrivals and departures, and transfer information/documents to the appropriate structure. Relay, if necessary, information to employees and managers on all HR matters. Declare and follow up on work-related accidents. Employee involvement: You will coordinate the development of the deployment plan with those responsible for the roadmaps in order to propose annual action plans. You will update the tools to be piloted and monitor the progress of the IP axis in relation to the budget. Support managers in the deployment of IP best practices Ensure compliance of the IP axis of the Sefl assessment You will support the site's HR manager in preparing the site's 5 axis committee. You will actively contribute to the V5000 audit. Well-being actions: You will participate in the well-being improvement plan. You will organize and lead working groups to develop communication. You will participate in the deployment and analysis of feedback on Quality of Life at Work with HRBs. You will participate in the creation of the Quality of Life at Work action plan and its deployment. You will propose and facilitate specific actions. Let’s talk about you… You are graduated from a Master degree in Humans Resources You already have experience in Humans Resources (ideally in the automotive field) You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good level of Japanese You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.
